A message from
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist 143967
I am passionate about partnering with individuals to uncover purpose in their lives and cultivate meaningful connections with themselves and others. Each client I work with holds a special place in my heart, and I place great importance on the relationship we build together. Through this bond of trust and understanding, I guide clients on a journey of deep self-discovery, encouraging growth and transformation in areas that may have once served as protective barriers but are now hindering their progress.
In our sessions, you can expect to receive unconditional positive regard and genuine authenticity from me. I believe in fostering an environment of acceptance and openness, where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. Even in the darkest moments, I strive to instill hope and provide support, offering a beacon of light to navigate through the challenges of life. And when things get tough, I strongly believe in utilizing a sense of humor to help lighten the load, making the journey a little easier to bear.
I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you on your path towards growth, healing, and fulfillment. Let’s embark on this journey together, one step at a time.
At California Lutheran University (CLU), I earned a Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. In the same program, I specialized in informed trauma. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CLU as well.
I began my professional journey at the CLU community clinic, where I had the honor of serving individuals facing diverse and challenging struggles within our community. Transitioning to a role at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, I dedicated my efforts to supporting individuals grappling with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. For the past two years, I’ve flourished in a private practice setting, discovering a deep passion for assisting individuals, couples, and families in their journey towards healing and growth. Through my experiences, I’ve realized a profound connection with clients in exploring their relationships with themselves and others, particularly finding resonance in working with teens and young adults.
