Attending therapy in a group setting is a great short-term way to form connections, gain support and skills, and further understand yourself. Group therapy isn’t for everyone, but given appropriateness and willingness, it can be an especially healing and effective way to address a range of therapeutic issues. At New Leaf, we create in-person groups that address the unique needs of our clients.

Summer 2024 Groups

Women’s Empowerment Group

  • July 8th, 2024 – August 12th, 2024 | Mondays 6pm – 7:30pm (In-person)
  • Facilitated by Courtney Reddick, LMFT
  • Connect with other women in your community, learn tools for feeling empowered and establishing personal goals, get support around topics such as anxiety, depression, transitions, identity exploration and more.

Fathers of Teens: Skills & Support Group

  • July 10th, 2024 – August 14th, 2024 | Wednesdays 6pm – 7:30pm (In-person)
  • Facilitated by Edgar Cruz, LMFT
  • Connect with other fathers of teens in your area, learn tools for conflict resolution, strengthen your relationship with your teen, and more.
