Adolescence is one of the most uncertain
and vulnerable periods of life.

It is a time of exploration and transition, where learning skills to cope with life changes and navigate relationships is essential. Forming one’s identity is no easy or comfortable task, and so we are especially passionate about helping teens find their voices.

We understand that the adolescent phase of life often comes with unique challenges for parents too. As in all our work, we value family and community connection; therefore, we strive to routinely include parents and families in adolescent & teen therapy. That being said, adolescence is a period where autonomy and independence are key tasks, and so it is essential that we first establish a strong working relationship and rapport with our teen clients so that they can feel a sense of ownership and control over their therapeutic process.

Are you seeking teen therapy near Northridge, CA? We’re a small business, located in Simi Valley, that is proud to serve residents from both Ventura County and Los Angeles County. Our therapists can work with your teen in-person or virtually, depending on preference. In-person therapy is a great option if you desire, or need, a dedicated area outside your home. Virtual therapy may be beneficial if you feel that the home space is cozy and private enough. We specialize in offering teen therapy services for ages 13 and up.

After just a 15-minute drive on the CA-118 W freeway, you’ll find our office in Simi Valley. It’s a short commute with plenty of food options to energize you and your teen afterwards. If you enjoy being outside, we have plenty of parks and hiking routes where you can meander together.  However, if you’re wanting or needing to head back to Northridge, the traffic usually isn’t heavy when leaving.

You’ll find a spacious parking lot at the front of our building, which is easily accessible on the ground level. Our office space, which resembles a cottage, has a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We’re glad to have rose bushes, an open grass area, and our warm interior to offer to clients. Please reach out to us with questions.
