25 Queer Writing Prompts

Here are 25 queer writing prompts to consider implementing into your journaling or daily reflections. You can use these prompts for inspiration for similar themes or questions to answer, or go down the list. Some of these questions are a bit provocative, and are aimed to explore some parts of you that may be uncomfortable. This is meant to strengthen your identity, self-trust, and self-acceptance.

Getting real and personal with yourself can produce a number of reactions. Maybe these questions get you feeling excited, affirmed, and even more in love with yourself and who you are becoming. Some questions may trigger distressing memories, moments of shame, or even trauma. Be mindful of your limits when exploring difficult topics,

These queer writing prompts were written with the intention of further exploration, reflection, affirmation, and manifestations. No AI was used to come up with these questions, just humans wanting to provide you with something (hopefully) useful. Feel free to reach out to us with any feedback, or if you’d like to see more writing prompts like this.
